Our Founder
Living by the motto of "Have some fire and be unstoppable", Jenny thrives as a leader within her industry and community. Recently a 2025 nominee for leading transformative initiatives, earning high regard and making a remarkable impact by the Carolinas HR Summit and her peers, Jenny coaches business leaders on how to architect and deploy stand-out organizational operations that create a happy and productive workforce and lay the groundwork for long-term success.
She holds an MBA with a concentration in Project Management from Fayetteville State University, and a Senior Certified Professional credential from the Society of Human Resources. She is also a PTIN holder, and is a Freshbooks Certified Collaborative Accountant with several years of personal and business tax preparation and accounting experience.
She is a proud mom to a son and daughter, who enjoys hosting, reading, walking at the local park, breathing ocean air and the occasional golf game.
